so much to be grateful for…
From The Ransom of Red Chief at age 9 to the Bard Fest 2019 Hamlet and on to pandemic plays with Play Zoomers, I have been fortunate to bring to life many amazing women on many stages – on my feet and from the page. My short plays have been produced on both the original and new Phoenix Theatre stages, Indy Fringe and my full-length play, She Lives..is ready for development! The amazing women in that piece are hungry to be heard.
Additionally, I am blessed with the role of mothering four incredible people. During my time away from theatre I became a childbirth educator and earned yoga certification so that I could help women to find their best possible birth outcomes.
Weather-permitting I drop into my kayak, on hop on a bike trail to breathe out loud =yes, I meant to say it that way. Getting active helps me to feel that there is forward motion for us all in spite of Covid and all the loss we have faced.
Now that the world is opening up Richard and I head out to see theatre weekly. We live in such a creatively rich town that there is always something wonderful to experience!

So, I am learning new tricks. Uploading video auditions, submitting pdf’s of a resume I am never sure is “what everybody else does,” and generally feeling like I have taken a giant leap of faith by putting all this out in the world.
